Arks Srinivas

Arks Srinivas is a passionate teacher. He started his career teaching as a part time faculty for MBA entrances much before he actually did his MBA from IIM Calcutta. What started off as a Pocket-money making job turned quickly into a profession post his MBA.

Arkss, as he is popularly known, worked with MarutiUdyog Ltd in Gurgaon and Calcutta before joining T.I.M.E., Hyderabad (HQ) as the CAT Course Director.

He has more than 15 years of experience in the field of Management Education and Training.

He was one of the key persons responsible for establishing T.I.M.E. as the No. 1 CAT training institute in Mumbai and in the country.

He started Vanguard Business School in Bangalore in 2010 (along with fellow IIM and XL friends) and actively teaches and Mentors his students. VBS is a Tier2 Level B School catering to the need of Corporates for Front Line Managers.

To put his 15+ years of experience in the Management and Aptitude entrance space, he started VistaMind Education along with his partners in Vanguard. In three years, VistaMind has reached 12 cities and trained more than 7000 students for CAT and more than 35000 students for Campus Recruitment Training in just three years of inception.
